The bloomery has an interface which can be opened with a right click.
The slot on the far right is where a tuyere goes.
The two slots on the top are the slots for the iron ores and charcoal/anthracite.
The bloomery will take a minimum of 10 of iron ores and charcoal/anthracite to produce 1 bloom. The maximum possible is 6 blooms at a time with 60 ores + charcoal/anthracite.
When the ingredients and the tuyere are put in the bloomery can be lit up with a firestarter or a flint and iron. If done correctly the air in the center of the bloomery will be replaced with molten metal blocks.
