Quern

Mechanical Quern is a block added by ExPetrum.
Quern can be obtained by crafting from 6 stones and a gear assembly:

A Mechanical Quern has an interface which can be opened by right-clicking the bottom half of it:

The slot on the left is the input slot and the slot on the right is the output slot.
Mechanical quern requires Rotary Power to function and it accepts it from the Top.
The speed for the recipe processing is calculated by the following formula:
torque + speed / 2
The mechanical quern will only work if the torque applied is greater than 32.
